Tonya S Harris is a registered nurse and a natural born leader with an inherent affinity to connect with others. She has over 17 years of corporate, community and organizational leadership experience and is a enthusiast for women in leadership. Tonya is a servant leader, influencer and change agent. Tonya enjoys connecting with others and brings tons of energy to her leadership sessions.

Tonya is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) and has a laser focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Implicit Bias and Cultural Proficiency trainings. As a proud member of the John Maxwell Team, she is also a certified leadership coach, speaker, trainer and behavioral analysis coach.

Tonya founded LEADERtique on the principle that it is essential that women have the necessary tools and skills needed to effectively lead; however her services are not limited to only women.

Tonya is a proud wife (Durand Kentrel) and mother of two children (Kendrea and LaJohn). When not in the training classroom, you can certainly find Tonya making an impact with community volunteerism.
